We distribute hygiene products and essential daily living items to people of all ages. Through a network of partners, together meets various human needs: basic, emotional, social and educational.
Our work allows every person a step up toward living healthy, feeling safe and experiencing self-worth so that individuals and communities thrive.

OUR PROGRAMS
Our programs alleviate financial burdens while providing dignity to those we serve. We have a number of basic needs programs, with a preference towards hygiene support. Our most diverse basic needs program can support highly individualized needs, from home goods to school supplies to toys and more.
Jake’s organization operates with a partnership model, working alongside 501c3, school-based and faith-based groups that serve a diverse set of community needs. These collaborations mean partners can re-allocate time and money to instead focusing on their programs, while meeting human needs in the community.
