Place Core Product Order
Orders may be placed as often as once a month. Please remember the quantity you can order from each Core Program based on your Agency Agreement.
Schedule Core Product Pick Up
To pick up your product from Jake’s Network of Hope, you must schedule a pickup appointment for the 1st or 3rd Thursday of the month. All orders are due at least one week before pick-up. Jake’s address is 110 N. Kensington Dr., at the HUB in VPI’s Kensington Packaging Facility. Please back up to door 13.
Complete your Core Product Agency Report
This MUST be completed before picking up your organization’s next order.
Core Product Log for Download
Each family receiving products from your organization should fill out a distribution log through a QR code or paper log. Logs can be scanned in and e-mailed to [email protected] or dropped off at your next scheduled pick-up. There should be the same number of logs as the number of families your agency report stated your organization served.
