Partner with Jake’s Network of Hope
At Jake’s Network of Hope, we believe in the power of partnerships to create lasting impact in our community. By collaborating with nonprofits, schools, and faith-based organizations, we aim to address basic needs and provide essential items to those in need. Partnering with us comes with a range of benefits designed to support your mission and enhance the services you offer.
Types of Partnerships
Core Partners
Core Partners are organizations that integrate our resources into their existing services, providing diapers, period supplies, or adult care essentials to the individuals and families they serve. By becoming a Core Partner, you can ensure that your clients have access to these crucial items, enhancing their well-being and dignity.
My Neighbor Partners
My Neighbor Partners have access to our Hope Hub, where they can shop for hygiene essentials such as shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes, and cleaning supplies, as well as basic everyday living essentials like pots and pans, cups, and plates. Everything in the Hope Hub is priced at 25 cents or less on the retail dollar, making it incredibly affordable. The funds raised through the Hope Hub help us purchase and stock additional items, ensuring a steady supply of essentials for our community.
Event and Project Partnerships
In addition to our Core and My Neighbor Partnerships, we also collaborate with partners on sourcing items for large events or projects. For example, Project Undercover has worked with Jake’s Network of Hope for several years, sourcing over 20,000 pairs of socks and underwear for local schools. We’ve also partnered with the Tiny House Village in Oshkosh to furnish homes with essential items like bedding, curtains, dishes, rugs, microwaves, and vacuums.
