Event Description:
Join Jake’s Network of Hope for our inaugural “One BIG Diaper Drive,” a week-long event leading up to Mother’s Day dedicated to supporting moms in need. We’re calling on companies and schools to participate in this compassionate cause and help collect diapers, an essential yet often overlooked need for many families.
Why Participate?
Diapers are not just a basic necessity for infants and toddlers but are also a significant expense for many families. By contributing to our Diaper Drive, your organization can make a substantial difference in the lives of mothers and their children, providing relief and support where it’s most needed.
How It Works:
- Register Your Team: Sign up for your company or school by clicking HERE. All registered organizations will receive a tool kit with all the materials and information needed to get started at the beginning of April.
- Spread the Word: Use our toolkit to promote the Diaper Drive within your organization. Encourage participation with announcements, emails, and social media posts.
- Collect Diapers: Set up collection bins in prominent areas. We accept all sizes and brands of diapers, including open packages, as long as they are clean and unused.
- Earn Points: Your organization earns points for every pack of diapers collected. The more you collect, the higher your score!
– Newborns = 5 Points
– Size 1 = 1 Point
– Size 2 = 2 Points
– Size 3 = 3 Points
– Size 4 = 4 Points
– Size 5 = 5 Points
– Size 6 = 6 Points
– All Pull-ups = 10 Points - Pick Up: At the end of the drive, our team will pick up all collections in our Diaper Drop box truck, with an opportunity for a group photo and social media shout-out. These pick-ups will be scheduled ahead of time.
Competition and Prizes:
- Friendly Competition: Track your progress and see how you stack up against other participating organizations.
- Prizes: The company and school with the most collection points will win exciting prizes, including special recognition on our website and social media and a certificate of appreciation.
