B is a lovely 11 year old boy, much loved by his family and friends. He’s got a “melt your heart” smile, and lives in Puerto Rico. Because of his medical conditions, he relies on the support of diapers. His family has struggled to afford his medical expenses, even before Hurricane Maria came through. To help make ends meet, they try to find discarded aluminum cans to sell.
Loraine, from our partner agency the Rebecca Foundation- Puerto Rico, recently delivered a kit of appropriately sized cloth diapers. She shared the following:
