It was a simple way to connect: searching Volunteerfoxcities.org, Meredith Lauer discovered Jake’s Diapers.
“I brought a group of middle school mission trip kids and packed diaper kits,” she said of her first visit in summer 2019.
“Stephanie’s passion is contagious! The first time we met with her, her energy and enthusiasm for this program were unmistakable. You can’t help but get on board with the idea.”
So, Meredith was hooked.
“I brought a different group (American Heritage Girls in October), and we packed diaper kits and sorted pads for re-distribution,” she said. “This is such a beautiful story of how one person’s ‘nice idea’ can turn into such a life-changing, world-impacting ministry. Jake’s Diapers is truly doing the work of their hearts and making a huge difference.”
You can’t help but get on board with the idea.
We’re so thankful for all the hands-on time Meredith and her girls have given to us at Hope Factory in Little Chute, and look forward to future visits – from her groups and others.
“Love, love, love this place! Hoping to keep bringing you groups of volunteers,” Meredith said. “Keep up the amazing work, you are making a difference!”
